Terms of Use
These terms apply to Pinball Soccer and pinballsoccer.com. They do not replace mandatory consumer rights or the terms applicable to a purchase through Google Play.
1. Provider and audience
Pinball Soccer is provided by IMA, obrt za programiranje, V. Medjerala 2B, HR-42000 Varazdin, Croatia. Questions and complaints: support@pinballsoccer.com.
The intended audience is aged 6 and older; this is not a claim of an independently assigned store rating. A parent or guardian must authorise use or a purchase where required by applicable law.
2. Licence and fair use
You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to install and play a lawfully obtained copy for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Ownership of the game is not transferred. Artwork, audio, branding and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders; third-party and open-source licences continue to apply.
Do not unlawfully redistribute the game, resell access, bypass purchase protection or introduce malicious code. Restrictions on copying, modification and reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override statutory exceptions.
3. Modes, advertisements and Full Game
The game includes Match and Arcade modes, local records, formations and optional tilt controls. Normal difficulty is the free difficulty. Where available for purchase, Full Game is a one-time unlock for Easy and Hard difficulty in both modes and removes advertisements. It is not a subscription.
Checkout and advertising availability vary by version and release stage. Development builds may show test ads or have purchasing unavailable. The price and entitlement shown by Google Play before checkout apply; this website does not take payments or promise a particular release date.
Where ads are enabled, an eligible ad can appear when choosing Menu after a completed game. Active gameplay is not an ad placement. A recognised Full Game entitlement disables ad requests and display, but store ownership and privacy-status checks may still use the network.
4. Purchases and restoration
Google Play processes the purchase using its checkout and authentication. Pending or cancelled transactions do not grant a new unlock. The game recognises a verified purchase and can store proof locally for offline use. Restore Purchases requires Google Play, internet access and the purchasing Google account. An Android purchase does not promise entitlement on another store or platform.
Clearing app storage or uninstalling does not itself cancel a purchase or trigger a refund. If an unlock is missing, try Restore Purchases or contact support with the relevant order reference. Do not send full payment-card details.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
Use Google Play's purchase-support process or contact us about a purchase problem. Refunds, cancellation and remedies depend on the transaction and applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to digital content, it is lost only if the legal conditions are met, including any required express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgment. These terms alone do not constitute that consent. Rights concerning faulty or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.
6. Local records and device changes
Settings and game records are stored locally, with no developer-operated account or cloud save. Match keeps up to 50 recent results per difficulty; Arcade keeps up to 10 top runs per difficulty. Totals and run identifiers can remain longer. Resetting a board can leave recovery copies or older files; clearing Android app storage removes local app data.
Uninstalling, device failure or clearing storage may lose progress. Operating-system backups or device transfers may separately preserve or restore data; we do not guarantee recovery or automatic transfer. In-game scores and power-ups have no cash value, and no real-world prize is offered.
7. Connectivity, updates and availability
Core gameplay can run offline. Downloads, store transactions, ownership restoration, advertising/privacy services and external links may require internet access. An unavailable ad should not prevent continuing the game.
Updates may fix issues, improve security or adjust gameplay and compatibility. We will provide updates and remedies required by law. We will not materially reduce a paid entitlement without meeting applicable notice and remedy obligations. Not every device can be supported indefinitely.
8. Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for local data, Google services, children's information and support. Website storage is explained on the Cookies page. Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional tracking.
9. Responsibility and resolving problems
We take reasonable care in providing the game but cannot guarantee entirely error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct, or applicable liability for death or personal injury. Mandatory digital-content guarantees and remedies are preserved.
You may stop using the game at any time. Any action concerning a serious breach must be proportionate and consistent with applicable law. Stopping use does not remove a valid statutory claim.
Please contact support@pinballsoccer.com if you have a complaint. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or remove access to courts available under consumer law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes, providing advance notice or seeking agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or remove accrued rights. The revision date appears above.
