Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 September 2026

This policy covers the Pinball Soccer Android game, this website and support correspondence. Features available to you depend on your game version. Development versions can use test advertising and connect to Google even when paid checkout is unavailable.

At a glance: gameplay records and preferences stay on your device. The Android game includes Google advertising/privacy services and Google Play purchase support. These services can process information separately from your game records. This website does not offer accounts or take payments.

1. Who is responsible

The developer and controller for our processing is IMA, obrt za programiranje, V. Medjerala 2B, HR-42000 Varazdin, Croatia. Contact support@pinballsoccer.com about this policy, your information or a child's information. See our Legal Notice for provider details.

2. Data kept on your device

The game saves difficulty, formation, Match/Arcade mode, sound, graphics and control preferences. It also saves scores, results, run times, dates, control mode and identifiers used to avoid counting a run twice. Match history keeps up to 50 recent results per difficulty; Arcade keeps up to 10 top runs per difficulty. Totals, best results and the run-identifier ledger can remain longer.

Optional tilt controls use the device's gravity or accelerometer readings locally to steer the ball. Game code does not send these readings or your personal bests to us. There is no developer-operated player account, cloud save, chat or global leaderboard.

You can reset a board in the game. A board reset does not erase every record: recovery copies, older save files and the run-identifier ledger may remain. Android's Clear storage removes the app's local settings, records and cached purchase proof. Uninstalling ordinarily removes local app data, but Android backups or device transfers may separately preserve or restore it.

3. Advertising and privacy services

The Android integration uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where enabled and available, an interstitial advertisement may appear when you choose Menu after completing a game. Ads are not placed during active play. A recognised Full Game purchase disables ad requests and display; privacy-status checks can still contact Google.

Google's SDK documentation describes processing of IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), ad/app interactions, performance and diagnostic information, and device or other identifiers, for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The exact information depends on the SDK version, device and child-directed settings. Removing Android advertising-ID permissions does not mean that all identifier processing stops.

UMP checks the applicable privacy status and stores choices or status information. Where Google requires privacy options, use Settings → General → Privacy choices in the game to revisit them. This entry may not appear under child-directed treatment. Test ads can still involve network requests and data processing.

For Google's handling and retention, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps using its services. Our local game records are not uploaded as an advertising profile.

4. Google Play and optional purchases

Where offered, Full Game is a one-time Google Play purchase that unlocks Easy and Hard difficulty in Match and Arcade and removes advertisements. Normal difficulty is available without that purchase. Google handles the store account, checkout and payment information; we do not receive full payment-card details.

The game communicates with Google Play to check products, ownership and purchase status, including when starting or resuming the app. It keeps signed purchase information locally to recognise an unlock offline. That proof can contain a product identifier, purchase token, order information and purchase status. It is not sent to a developer-operated verification server in the current game.

Clearing app storage deletes the local proof but does not cancel a store purchase or delete Google's transaction records. Restore Purchases checks ownership using Google Play and the purchasing account. A purchase-related support request may include an order reference you choose to provide.

5. Children and parents

The intended audience includes children aged 6 and older. The game does not ask players for a name, date of birth, email address or account registration. All users receive the child-directed advertising configuration, a maximum G ad-content setting and under-age-of-consent treatment in UMP. These settings restrict ad serving; they do not mean that Google's services process no information.

A parent or guardian should supervise use and authorise purchases where required. The game's purchase gate is an access safeguard, not verification of parental consent to personal-data processing. We do not rely on a child accepting these terms as permission for advertising tracking.

Parents can contact support@pinballsoccer.com to ask about, request access to, or request deletion of their child's information that we hold. We may need proportionate verification of the request. We cannot remotely erase device-only game records or independently delete Google's records. Please avoid sending unnecessary information about a child in a support message.

6. Website visits, cookies and support

GoDaddy hosts this website. Delivering a page exposes technical request information to the hosting service, including an IP address, requested address, time and browser information. Hosting logs may be used to operate the service, diagnose errors and protect it from abuse.

Our website code does not set cookies, use browser local storage, load advertising or embed social-media trackers. Images, styles and the intro video are served from this website, with no external font or video-hosting service. Playing the video makes requests to our hosting service in the same way as loading other site files. Our Cookies page explains hosting-related monitoring and browser controls. Website storage is separate from the game's Google SDK storage.

If you email support, we process your email address, message, attachments and any order reference to respond. Microsoft 365 provides our support mailbox. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive information that is unnecessary to resolve your issue. Using email is optional, but we need a reply address and enough information to answer your request.

7. Why information is processed

Where the GDPR applies, providing requested gameplay and recognising a purchase rely on performance of the relevant contract where that basis is available. Answering general enquiries and maintaining website security rely on our legitimate interests in providing support and a reliable service, balanced against your rights, with particular care for children. Handling legally required transaction records and rights requests relies on legal obligations.

Advertising and related device storage must follow the applicable child-protection, privacy and consent rules. Where consent is legally required, processing must wait for valid consent; child-directed or non-personalised ads are not automatically exempt. You may withdraw any consent through the available privacy controls without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Accepting game terms is not advertising consent.

8. Recipients and international processing

The relevant providers are GoDaddy for hosting, Microsoft for support email, and Google for advertising/privacy services and Google Play. Information may also be disclosed to authorities or professional advisers when necessary for a legal obligation or claim. These disclosures do not give us access to your private Google or Microsoft account content.

These providers operate internationally, and information may be processed outside Croatia or the EEA. Their service terms describe applicable processing locations and transfer safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses where applicable. See GoDaddy's privacy information, Microsoft's Privacy Statement and Google's policy linked above. Contact us to request information about safeguards applicable to our services. This policy does not promise that all provider data stays in the EU.

9. Retention and security

Local gameplay data remains until it is overwritten, reset or removed as described above. Purchase proof remains while needed to recognise ownership, unless cleared; a successful store check can remove a no-longer-valid entitlement. Privacy status is managed by the relevant Google SDK.

Support correspondence is retained while resolving the request and, where necessary, for follow-up, a dispute or a legal obligation. Hosting logs, mailbox backups and provider-held data follow the relevant service's retention and deletion arrangements. No fixed deletion period for those services is promised here. You can ask us about retention of a particular support record.

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we handle. No system is completely secure. Do not include secrets or unnecessary sensitive information in messages.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Contact support@pinballsoccer.com. We respond within the applicable legal time limits; under the GDPR this is normally one month, with extensions only where permitted and explained.

You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, AZOP, or another competent supervisory authority. We cannot identify or remotely delete records held only on your device. Requests about information independently held by Google may also need to be made through Google's privacy controls.

11. Changes

We will update this page when information handling changes, showing the revision date above and providing additional notice or obtaining consent where required.
